Abstract Submission Guidelines
General Information
- Registration: All presenting authors must register for the conference.
- Submission: The abstract submission must be created by the presenting author.
- Multiple Submissions: Is allowed but incase of large amount of abstract the scietific committe reserves the right to choose one abstract per presenting autor.
- Proofreading: Please proofread your submission carefully. No changes can be made after the submission deadline.
- Email Address: A valid email address must be provided for confirmation and further communication.
Abstract Preparation Instructions
Title
- The title must be written in full words. Do not use abbreviations.
- The title should be concise and descriptive.
- Maximum length: 120 characters
Abstract Text
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstract shall be submitted as a PDF. Named as the title of the abstract (same as submitted in the form)
- Maximum length: 300 words (excluding the title).
- Use clear, concise, and straightforward language.
- Clearly state the purpose and significance of the work.
- Define abbreviations at first use. Trade names should not be used in the title.
Recommended Abstract Structure
To facilitate review, authors are encouraged to organize abstracts using the following structure:
- Background – Context and importance of the work.
- Objective – Aim or purpose of the study.
- Methods – Research methods or approach.
- Results – Key findings or expected outcomes.
- Conclusion – Significance and implications of the work.
Authors
- A maximum of 1 presenting author and up to 25 co-authors may be listed.
- Each author should be listed by University/Hospital, Department and Country.

Authors are responsible for ensuring their abstracts are accurate and error-free. Any mistakes in spelling, grammar, or scientific content will be published as submitted if the abstract is accepted. Poor English may lead to rejection.
